I would like to test the perfume before buying it. Do you offer samples?
At the moment we do not offer sample vials of our fragrances.
Do you charge sales tax?
We add sales tax to orders shipped within the State of New York.
Where can I buy Tea Rose, Samba and Zipped Man Fragrances if I do not live in the USA?
While we only ship to customers in the US from our website, we partner with distributors in a number of countries. If you are trying to order from overseas, please email us for assistance.
Do you sell bulk tea rose oil? Where & how can I purchase it?
Tea Rose Oil is only sold through our office. Please contact us by email to schedule an appointment or to order. Domestic US shipping is available.
Has the Tea Rose fragrance formula changed?
The Tea Rose formula has remained unchanged for 50 years.
Why do some websites discount your fragrances?
Authorized retailers do not discount our fragrances. Unfortunately, there is no way for verifying the authenticity, age or quality of the fragrances that are purchased from unauthorized retailers.
Do you test on animals?
Perfumer’s Workshop fragrances are not tested on animals. Our customer's safety and welfare are a top priority as are the welfare and safety of all animals.
Do you use natural or synthetic raw materials?
We use natural raw materials whenever possible in the creation of the fragrances we sell. However, due to regulatory specifications synthetic raw materials are sometimes the only available option.
What is the difference between Eau de Toilette & Eau de Parfum?
Eau de Parfum is stronger than Eau de Toilette because its concentration of oil is higher. The Eau de Parfum has a higher percentage of oil to alcohol, which helps it stay on the skin for a longer duration.
What is the Shipping & handling time?
We make every effort to provide you with prompt shipping, with the exception of holidays and weekends we do our best to ship orders the day they are received or the following business day.
Our standard shipping is via USPS Parcel Select service, which may take up to 8 days to reach the West Coast from our office in New York. Note that USPS does not immediately update tracking when your order is shipped; it can take several days for their site to update. Please contact us if you believe your order has been lost or misdelivered.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
We do not offer gift-wrapping at this time.
